At Facebook I redesigned Pulse, a self-service dashboard tracking employee satisfaction metrics for the Product Team, Org Leaders, Managers and ICs to understand how effectively products are supporting engagement programs at Facebook.
I also worked on redesigning the internal Jobs portal.

This video shows some interaction of the Pulse redesign. This tool helps employees rate their experience and manager performance as well as overall satisfaction.
The redesign was a big success, as thousands of employees were able to get a better understanding of how they scored and how the rest of the company feels as well.
Facebook Jobs is an internal site that helps employees find other career opportunities within the company. By answering a few questions employees can find the job they’d be most interested in, giving attention to the relevance of job matches over quantity.
